Founded in 2013, An Viet is a family-owned Vietnamese restaurant group which dedicates to bringing to Sydneysiders the high quality, authentic, and delicious Vietnamese cuisine which they can enjoy every day in a vibrant & beautiful restaurant atmosphere without breaking their pocket. We serve genuine, handcrafted Vietnamese cuisine across our restaurants and express stores. Our restaurants are rated one of the best Vietnamese Restaurants in Sydney which each of them has more than 1000 five stars reviews because we’re consistent, we’re affordable, and our product is truly exceptionally authentic. More than a decade, our passion only grows stronger, and we have expanded to 6 locations in Sydney and Wollongong is underway.

Co-Founder / CEO

David began his culinary career at renowned restaurants in Vietnam. In 2012 he moved to Australia, bringing his experience and cooking passion with him.

David prioritizes the freshest ingredients sourced from local suppliers & imported from Vietnam. He seeks to connect traditional flavors with new ideas, offering a unique experience while preserving the authentic essence of Vietnamese cuisine.

With a deep love for Vietnamese food, David delicately blends authentic recipe and his years of experience to create every dish at An Viet. He not only cooks but also tells a story of his homeland through each of those dishes.

THE START:

KELVIN NGUYEN

Co-Founder / COO

Kelvin co-founded An Viet with his brother more than a decade ago. Throughout the years, Kelvin oversing the day to day operation of the business, drives business performance through the implementation of marketing campaign, sales growth strategies and productivity improvements within stores, which includes the alignment of company brand, image and customer standards within An Viet chain.

His roles include the delivery of the overall marketing strategy for An Viet as well as developing strategies, implementing policies, and optimizing processes to enhance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
